My favorite form of creation is to write and direct films. While the topical focus of my films have shifted over the years, they typically explore the desire to connect & love, despite societal or relational pressures to the contrary. Filter that big ol’ heart & yearning through my obsession with actors’ quirky nuances, considered framing, and my own off-kilter sense of humor, and you get my filmmaking sensibility. 

Here are a sampling of short films I wrote, directed, produced...and likely did a bunch of other things on.  If you’re looking to understand me more as a filmmaker in my current taste, I’d recommend “Looking Up” and “Rock Paper Scissors” as most representative. Enjoy!
